Halaqa # 52

  • OPENING DUA
O Allah, bless this Halaqa, allow us to gain, act upon  and share beneficial knowledge. Guide us, forgive our sins and grant us Jannah with our families and loved ones. Ameen

  • QURAN RECITATION
We read Surah Fatihah aloud altogether, then sisters individually read  aloud a few letters/words, ayahs (according to her ability and with the help and encouragement of her fellow sisters). We read Surah Al-An’aam from Ayat 138 till Ayat 146. In sha Allah, this will be an ongoing part of our Halaqa and one day in sha Allah, we will have Khatam Quran and begin again.

We jointly read and discussed the following article:

Ideas for Pratical Tips to do in Shabaan

After reading the article, we thought of a nice project for Shabaan and Ramadan.  In sha Allah, during this month of Shabaan, we will be starting an Amanah Sisters WhatsApp group and adding members.  Then, during Ramadan, small reminders and Deen uplifting snippets will be shared.
  • NEXT HALAQA and News
Our next Halaqa will take place  on Thursday June 2nd,  possibly outdoors.

A children friendly event!  Gathering together outdoors for a fun picnic before the start of Ramadan in sha Allah.

Subhânaka l-lâhumma wa bi-hamdika. Ash-hadu an lâ ilâha illâ
anta, astaghfiruka wa atûbu ilayka.

  • QURAN RECITATION
We read Surah Fatihah aloud altogether, then sisters individually read aloud a
few letters/words, ayahs (according to her ability and with the help and encouragement
of her fellow sisters). We read  Surah An-Nissa  from Ayat 75 till Ayat 91. (This was 
inadvertently out of sequence with our previous Halaqa but insha Allah, we will resume 
Surah Nissa Ayat 175 next Halaqa.) In sha Allah, this will be an ongoing part of our Halaqa 
and one day in sha Allah, we will have Khatam Quran and begin again.
