During the Covid-19 “stay at home” order, we have decided to hold our Halaqa online using Google
Meet every Thursday morning.   If you would like to join, please get in touch with us.

Opening Dua

O Allah, bless this Halaqa, allow us to gain, act upon and share beneficial knowledge.

Guide us, forgive our sins and grant us Jannah with our families and loved ones.

O my Lord increase me in knowledge*. رَّبِّ زِدْنِى عِلْمًا Ameen

Quran: Reciting

We read Surah Fatihah aloud altogether, then each family read Surah of their choice.

Scavenger Hunt

Sisters were asked to prepare a list of 5 items for our scavenger hunt. These items could be things that can be found in any home. Though their descriptions can be creative. We used the ideas on this link for inspiration: https://www.weareteachers.com/scavenger-hunts/

A bit (lots) of confusion ensued while sending, sharing the lists and finding the items, but alhamdulillah, in the end, each family was able to find all or most of their items. We all enjoyed seeing the sisters and children present their items.
